I can't believe it's mounted properly if it is shaking that much. I almost lost my mind trying to get my tank back on the rubber mounts because they were so tight. Check to make sure that it is on properly. If it is, make sure that the plastic locators on the underside of the tank aren't loose or worn, and then the same for the rubber mounts on the frame.
